The Partnerscapes board has decided to host a virtual Private Lands Partners Day in Fall 2021. While agenda, format, exact length, and timing are still in development the directors did not want another year to go by without finding some way to share some of the positive collaborative conservation partnership stories that continue to unfold around the country. The event will not have a specific geographic focus as in most years, but will rather seek to focus on a selection of place-based conservation partnerships and the people, relationships, and issues that are key to their function and success.
We hope to make it as interesting and interactive as possible. In that regard, if you have any collaborative conservation efforts you would like to hear from, or if you would like to nominate for consideration one you are involved with, please contact Steve Jester at steve.jester@partnerscapes.org. Look for a Save the Date very soon! We hope you can join, but if you can’t watch live we will make sure it is recorded and available afterwards.
